Jumbo cookie- oops! almost forgot!
Don't forget the 3/4ths cup brown sugar also in the jumbo cookie, that makes it sweet!
JUMBO CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE!!!! YUMOLICIOUS!!!

EVERYONE! THIS IS MY FAVORITE CAKE RECIPE! (I made this for our New Years Eve Party & my mom also made this for me for my 11th b-day cake!)
Use a xtra large pizza pan OR a very large flat baking sheet (but not a standard cookie sheet because that is not wide enough for the circle to grow)!
1 cup butter
1/4 cup sugar
3/4 light brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 1/4 cup flour
1tsp. baking soda
1 (3 1/2 ounce) box vanilla pudding mix - instant
12 oz. chocolate chips
1-2 cups walnut pieces
Frosting of your choice!
With an electric mixer blend together, butter, sugar, vanilla and eggs
Add flour, baking soda, and pudding mix
Stir in choco. chips. and walnuts
form into large cookie on your baking sheet with lots of room to expand!
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until it smells yummy and starts to get golden in color!
Remove from oven and cool completely decorate with frosting and slice like a pizza! Enjoy!
(P.S. I recommend serving with VANILLA ice-cream. - We did it with coffee ice cream at my b-day party and you could not taste the cookie as much because the strong coffee flavor of our ice -cream over powered the cookie)!

Thai Iced Tea

I love this thai iced tea recipe! It is soooo much better than in the restaurant! It is also not made with any food coloring like the ones you buy.
I use Numi Decaf Black Vanilla tea as the base
First bring 5 cups water to boil (as a grown up to help)
Add 1/2 c. sugar
Add 5 whole star anise pods (See Photo above)~ Call your grocery store to see if they have these first! Hard to find.
When the water boils, turn off the burner & add 8 black tea bags.
let steep for 1 hour and cool to room temperature. Discard the tea bags and whisk in:
3/4ths of a can of condensed milk
Add fresh mint sprigs to garnish
Refrigerate for 1 hour and pour over ice! Enjoy!
Cinnamon rolls! yum

Making Cinnamon rolls is actually a lot easier then you may think. All you have to do is buy one package of Pilsbury reduced fat crescent roll refrigerated dough. Then roll out the dough so that it is the size of a regular piece of computer paper (don't worry if you think you don't have enough - it is suppossed to roll out very thin) use a little flour on the table and on your rolling pin. Next, spray canola oil, or butter spray on the surface of your dough (about 16 sprays). Then, in a seperate bowl mix filling:
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. splenda
1 tbsp. teaspoon cinnamon
Then from this mixture sprinkle it out amongst your dough!
Also, sprinkle pecan pieces all over (about 12 pecans broken up into little pieces)
Now, if you want to add more deliciousness to your cinnamon roll here is the
easy icing recipe to go on top of your rolls!
1/2 c. fat free cool whip-thawed
6tbsp. "1/3 the fat- Philly cream cheese" (or it is also yummy to use maple-cream cheese- which is in my earlier cream cheese post- check it out!)
1 tblsp. Splenda
Mix it up!
Then cook on 300 degrees for 10-15 minutes, and top with icing when they come out!
