EVERYONE! THIS IS MY FAVORITE CAKE RECIPE! (I made this for our New Years Eve Party & my mom also made this for me for my 11th b-day cake!)
Use a xtra large pizza pan OR a very large flat baking sheet (but not a standard cookie sheet because that is not wide enough for the circle to grow)!
1 cup butter
1/4 cup sugar
3/4 light brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 1/4 cup flour
1tsp. baking soda
1 (3 1/2 ounce) box vanilla pudding mix - instant
12 oz. chocolate chips
1-2 cups walnut pieces
Frosting of your choice!
With an electric mixer blend together, butter, sugar, vanilla and eggs
Add flour, baking soda, and pudding mix
Stir in choco. chips. and walnuts
form into large cookie on your baking sheet with lots of room to expand!
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until it smells yummy and starts to get golden in color!
Remove from oven and cool completely decorate with frosting and slice like a pizza! Enjoy!
(P.S. I recommend serving with VANILLA ice-cream. - We did it with coffee ice cream at my b-day party and you could not taste the cookie as much because the strong coffee flavor of our ice -cream over powered the cookie)!

Look at you, Little Chef! I love your blog - what a cool girl! I'll have to figure out an allergy-free version of this cookie recipe for Khalil. Or not...and just eat it all myself! ;)
ReplyDeleteLove and miss you!!! Auntie Rachel
That was so yummy! So were the spring rolls! This is a random question, but how do you add pics to your blog?
